On what legal ground do we process your personal data?
We collect and process your personal data only where we have legal bases for doing so under applicable laws and regulations. The legal bases depend on your location and how you use our products and services. For example, if you are an individual in the European Economic Area (EEA), we collect and process your personal data only where we have legal basis for doing so in accordance with the EU regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) to guarantee an open and transparent processing of your personal data. - you give us consent to do so for a specific purpose; or
- we need to process your data to comply with a legal obligation.
If you have consented to our use of information about you for a specific purpose, you have the right to change your mind at any time, but this will not affect any processing that has already taken place. Where we are using your information because we or a third party (e.g. your employer) have a legitimate interest to do so, you have the right to object to that use though, in some cases, this may mean no longer using our products and services.

We collect information globally and may transfer, process, and store your information outside of your country of residence, to wherever we or our third-party service providers operate for the purpose of providing you our products and services. Whenever we transfer your information, we take steps to protect it.
If you are an individual in the European Economic Area (EEA) we might process your personal data outside of the EEA. If your personal data will be processed outside the EEA, then we will make sure that such processing is either based on a decision from the EU Commission establishing that the country in question ensures an adequate level of protection or based on another ground for such transfer in accordance with GDPR, for example in accordance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
