Sanctions and Export Control Policy

Starhive is committed to full compliance with international economic sanctions, export control regulations, and applicable trade restrictions. This policy defines the jurisdictions and entities to which Starhive will not provide its products or services.
Scope
This policy applies to:

all Starhive products, services and subscriptions;

all deployment models (including cloud production, sandbox, trials and proof-of-concepts);

all employees, contractors, partners and resellers;

all customers, end-users and counterparties.
Restricted jurisdictions
To comply with applicable European Union, United States, and United Kingdom sanctions and export restrictions, Starhive does not provide access to its services to organisations or persons located in or ordinarily resident in the following jurisdictions:
- Russia
- Belarus
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea (DPRK)
- Syria
- Venezuela
Starhive will also refuse service where a transaction would directly or indirectly enable access to our platform from any of the above jurisdictions.
Prohibited transactions
Starhive will not:
- sell, license, or provide access to its platform to any entity or individual subject to comprehensive sanctions;
- provide updates, support, consulting, training, or technical services to such entities;
- engage in any transaction where proceeds, ownership or control link to a sanctioned party;
- facilitate circumvention via intermediaries, distributors, resellers or affiliates.
Sanctions screening
Starhive screens counterparties, where appropriate, against:
- EU consolidated sanctions lists,
- US OFAC sanctions lists,
- UK sanctions lists,
- other applicable national or international sanctions lists.
Matches result in denial or escalation.
Right to refuse or terminate services
Starhive reserves the right to:
- refuse onboarding,
- suspend accounts,
- terminate access,
where continued service may breach, or risk breaching, sanctions and export control regulations.
Changes
This policy is reviewed regularly and updated as regulatory requirements evolve.
