What type of asset management can you do in Starhive?

Due to the flexible nature of our data platform you can store any type of asset in Starhive. While we have templates and AI to help, you can build your entire asset management database from scratch.

You can store anything IT related but also furniture, buildings and rooms, tools, vehicles, contracts, employees, your team’s pets. Your imagination is the limit.

Does Starhive support barcode/QR scanning for asset management?

Yes, we provide support for QR codes. You can scan them in the Starhive mobile app and then update information like status or location from the field.

Do I need to know how many assets I have in advance?

Not at all. While Starhive’s pricing does have an asset element (number of objects in our language) the ranges are very broad so it should be relatively obvious which plan will suit your needs and the platform will scale if you decide to add more assets later on.

Can I use Starhive for free for asset management?
Yes, you can. We offer a free plan for evaluations and small teams with up to 500 assets. If you need to go beyond that, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
