Due to the flexible nature of our data platform you can store any type of asset in Starhive.
You can store anything from heavy vehicles to security cameras to manufacturing machines. But also furniture, buildings and rooms, cars, contracts, suppliers, employees, your team’s pets. Your imagination is the limit.
Yes, absolutely! You can provide access to external users in two ways with no extra cost.
1. Invite external users directly into your main Starhive environment. Perfect if they will act like a member of your team. If you have sensitive attributes, such as financial data, you can restrict them from external users.
2. Or create a portal in Starhive to share with external users that lets them view selected asset information, make minor updates, track work, log hours, submit requests, and submit issues.
Yes, we provide support for QR codes. You can scan them in the Starhive mobile app and then update information like status or location from the field.
Not at all. While Starhive’s pricing does have an asset element (number of objects in our language) the ranges are broad so it should be clear in advance which plan will suit your needs and the platform will scale if you decide to add more assets later on.
