Connect your Starhive data and Jira issues and enrich your data in both tools
This integration allows us to connect our Jira issues with all the data we have in Starhive.

Jira lets you do some of this, but not with as much flexibility as you may like. For example, components are unique to projects which makes reporting on components used across different projects difficult.
With Starhive, you can store whatever extra data you need. Simply add a Starhive custom field to your Jira issues, and voila! Now you have extra data for your Jira issues so your team can work more efficiently and you get better reporting.
We don’t know your Jira processes, but we know there’s probably extra data you might want to add to your issues that Jira doesn’t allow you to store. With Starhive, you can create a database of anything and link your data to your Jira issues.
And data can be related to other data. For example, if you have a service incident, you can see the history of changes to that service, what infrastructure it's running on, its owner, and anything else you define in Starhive, with a single click from your Jira issue.
Sometimes the important data might be stored in a digital asset like a PDF contract. You could add these as attachments to Jira issues but you end up making a copy each time. Instead, add the contract to Starhive and link it to each Jira issue via a custom field.
You’ll quickly build up a history of all Jira issues touching that contract for better reporting and understanding of your data.
Starhive’s StarQL language integrates with JQL so you can easily find the issues you need based on the properties of attached Starhive objects. For example, you can find all Jira issues that are associated with Starhive server data objects that are owned by Timothy.
