Version history

Attachments
Attach files up to 100 MB to a doc, upload new versions, and keep the old ones in the file's history.
Sharing per doc and folder
Open to the workspace, restricted to named people and groups, or inherited from the folder, with view or edit rights. Restricted sharing is on Essential and up.

Knowledge Management is Docs, Starhive's knowledge base: write pages, organise them in folders and tags, share them with the right people, and discuss them in comments. Docs live in the same workspace as your assets and services, so a doc can show their live data.
How is Knowledge Management priced?
Knowledge Management is priced per user, on its own or with Asset and Service Management. Each plan adds features, such as restricted page permissions and PDF export from Essential. See our pricing.
Can employees or customers read docs in a portal?
Yes. Show a docs folder as a page in a Starhive Site, in the site's menu and colours. Everyone who reads it signs in to the site, and each doc's own sharing still decides who sees what. External users are available from Essential.
How does Nova work with docs?
Nova finds docs by their content, reads their versions and comments, and can create new pages. In a doc, /Ask Nova writes or rewrites the passage you're on.
Can I export a doc?
Yes, as a PDF. The export is the doc's published version, laid out for A4, with images and live object lists as they stood. One doc at a time.
