We are looking for a Partner Manager to help grow Starhive’s global solution partner program. You’ll be joining a small but ambitious team, ready to take ownership and make a direct impact on our ability to recruit, enable, and help our solution partners win together with Starhive.

We define solution partners as consultancy firms offering services to a wide range of organisations in different industries - services with the ambition to help organisations become more productive in their everyday work.

For this role, it's important that you have a technical interest and understanding as well as a willingness to learn the ins and outs of the Starhive platform. If you're not yet familiar with concepts like ITSM (IT Service Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), ESM (Enterprise Service Management), and no-code app building - you will need to get an understanding (and we will help you get there). 

What you’ll be doing

As a Partner Manager, you will:

  • Attract, recruit, and sign new solution partners (outbound tactics)

  • Introduce new partners to our partner program

  • Host partner trainings and workshops to strengthen the understanding of Starhive ICP, USPs, use cases, and customer personas. This also includes sessions focused on how to position, market, and sell Starhive

  • Support partners with POCs and various use cases

  • Conduct monthly partner-of-record meetings with partner contacts

  • Develop and maintain content on the Starhive partner portal 

  • Participate in partner events, mainly in Europe

More about you

On your first day, we expect you to have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a partner specialist, partner manager, channel manager, or similar roles

  • A technical interest and experience from different collaboration platforms

  • Understanding of B2B and SaaS sales and marketing, preferably with technical products

  • Strong interpersonal skills - you love to build new, long-lasting relationships

  • A natural skill in listening and understanding customer challenges

  • A passion for trying new things, learning, and improving through feedback

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

  • An experimental mindset, eager to explore different tactics to drive business growth.

How are you organised?

We currently have a number of development teams along with a field operations that is responsible for the commercial side of the business.

What kind of technical work environment do you use?

Currently, we use tools like GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Slack, AWS, Figma, HubSpot, and several other popular software tools. We also offer individual freedom if there are tools you need to elevate your efficiency.

Top-down or bottom-up organisation?

We’re strong believers in individual and collective freedom and responsibility. We’re definitely not a top-down organisation where high-level management dictates for others. Team autonomy is important at Starhive, and we believe decisions should be taken collectively by the team, with help and guidance from other teams and management when needed.

What are the most important traits a candidate should have to fit nicely into the Starhive culture?

We believe individual differences are necessary to build strong teams, but there are common traits that we find very important. We like to work with people that are transparent, honest, active, communicative, sharing, and caring.
