Can you tell me more about Starhive?

Most software companies start with a domain specific problem - IT asset tracking, project management, HR etc. They then try to expand beyond this but their underlying data structure usually can’t keep up and they end up with new capabilities that aren’t up to scratch.

At Starhive we did things differently, we built a completely flexible data structure first. The domain can be specified by you and the types of data you choose to store, the types of tickets you create, and the workflows you define. Want an IT help desk? Starhive can do it. Want a tool to help onboard new employees? Starhive can do that too.

Is my company eligible for the Starhive for startup program?

To be eligible, your business must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Not an existing paying Starhive customer

  • Must have proof of external funding (VC, family office, or similar) or be part of an accelerator program

  • Not raised more than $10 million USD in external funding

If you meet the criteria, you are eligible to apply with the form above. If approved, you will get Starhive Professional for $0 for unlimited users for 12 months.

 

Will I need to send proof of funding?

We will verify every application based on the content of the submission form first and foremost. If we have any questions or require further evidence that you meet our criteria, we will reach out to you via email.

What happens at the end of the 12 month period?

You have choice of renewal, moving to a lower plan, or cancellation. In rare cases, we may extend the program, but that is at our discretion.

What happens if I need more than 200k objects in the Professional plan?

If you need to go beyond the limits of the Professional plan you will need to upgrade to our Enterprise plan. Please contact us if this situation arises and we will work with you to find a solution.
