Can you tell me more about Starhive?
Most software companies start with a domain specific problem - IT asset tracking, project management, HR etc. They then try to expand beyond this but their underlying data structure usually can’t keep up and they end up with new capabilities that aren’t up to scratch.
At Starhive we did things differently, we built a completely flexible data structure first. The domain can be specified by you and the types of data you choose to store, the types of tickets you create, and the workflows you define. Want an IT help desk? Starhive can do it. Want a tool to help onboard new volunteers? Starhive can do that too.
Is my organisation eligible for the Starhive for Non-profits program?
To be eligible, your organisation must meet all of the following criteria:

Must be a registered charity and supply proof if not available on your website.
Your organisation must not discriminate against, marginalise, or exclude any person or group on the basis of personal characteristics or attributes or have any political affiliation.
If you meet the criteria, you are eligible to apply with the form above. If approved, you will get Starhive Standard for free. If you move beyond Starhive Standard you will be charged at 50% our publicly listed prices.
What happens if I need to go beyond the limits in the Starhive Standard plan?
If you need to go beyond the limits of the Standard plan you will need to upgrade to our Professional or Enterprise plan.
At this time you will be charged but a 50% discount will be applied due to your non-profit status.
