As an SDR, you will focus on outbound sales activities, helping IT and operations teams across Europe discover how Starhive can improve operational visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
For this role, you will need to be based in the Stockholm area.
What you’ll be doing
For the foreseeable future, your primary mission is simple: generate pipeline.
You will work closely with our leadership team to identify target accounts, engage decision-makers, and secure qualified customer meetings through a combination of cold calling, account-based marketing (ABM), and outbound prospecting.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys picking up the phone, starting conversations, handling objections, and opening doors. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to create new opportunities and help grow Starhive’s sales pipeline.
As our go-to-market organisation grows, you will gradually take on additional responsibilities such as account research, account management, customer engagement, and other revenue-generating activities.
What we’re looking for
On your first day, we expect you to have:
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role
- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging senior decision-makers
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A resilient and self-motivated mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused on results
- A track record of achieving goals and consistently delivering against targets
- Curiosity and a desire to understand customer challenges and business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluency in Swedish is a plus, but not required

We currently have three development teams and one SRE team. As SDR, you will be part of our Field Operations team, which consists of Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success.
Currently, we use tools like Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Apollo, La Growth Machine, Knock, and several other popular software tools.
We’re strong believers in individual and collective freedom and responsibility. We’re definitely not a top-down organisation where high-level management dictates for others. Team autonomy is important at Starhive, and we believe decisions should be taken collectively by the team, with help and guidance from other teams and management when needed.
We believe individual differences are necessary to build strong teams, but there are common traits that we find very important. We like to work with people that are transparent, honest, active, communicative, sharing, and caring.
