We are looking for a passionate B2B SDR with a solid track record. You’ll be joining a small but ambitious team, ready to take ownership and make a direct impact on our customer growth.

Full-time Intermediate / Senior Sweden

At Starhive, we develop an AI-powered asset and service management platform that enables customers to:

  • Work smarter

  • Make better, data-driven decisions

  • Save money and time

  • Beat the competition

Working here is fun, challenging, and rewarding. Each team member brings their unique creativity, enthusiasm, and energy to the table, which helps us build vibrant and highly effective teams. We operate as a hybrid workplace, combining remote work with time at our central Stockholm office. We strongly believe in personal responsibility, freedom, and self-direction while also valuing the power of teamwork.

Starhive is an enterprise-grade SaaS platform with advanced capabilities that tackles a wide range of business challenges across various domains. We are focusing our sales activities towards IT teams in Europe within various industries.

As an SDR, you will be highly involved in scaling our customer base. Your responsibilities will include account management, prospecting, lead generation, and various outbound sales activities.

For this role, you’ll need to be based in the Stockholm area, as we’re excited to collaborate with you in person at our office.

What you’ll be doing

As a Sales Development Rep, you will:

  • Engage in direct prospect-facing sales activities, including outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Identify and research potential customers and key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team.
  • Craft personalized outreach using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Facilitate customer meetings, from initial prospecting to closing—this means demonstrating Starhive as a solution.
  • Track all interactions and pipeline progress in our CRM (we use HubSpot).
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Channel teams to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to generating opportunities and leads.

More about you

On your first day, we expect you to have:

  • 3+ years of experience selling enterprise-grade SaaS solutions to diverse international clients
  • Experience in selling software to IT teams - understanding of challenges that IT teams are facing
  • Strong background in consultative selling—skilled at actively listening, understanding prospect needs, and co-creating solutions
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with proven success in closing complex deals
  • Successful experience driving net new business, along with upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English

Being a team player

You’ll be a great fit for our team if you are:

  • Open, social, communicative and well-versed in the art of teamwork
  • Open to learn from others and contribute with your deep knowledge
  • Self-directed and resourceful
  • Ready for an energetic and evolving startup experience with grandiose ambitions

Got a question about working at Starhive?

Find your answer here…

How are you organised?

We currently have three development teams and one SRE team. As SDR, you will be part of our Field Operations team, which consists of Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success.

What kind of technical work environment do you use?

Currently, we use tools like Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Apollo, La Growth Machine, Knock, and several other popular software tools.

Top-down or bottom-up organisation?

We’re strong believers in individual and collective freedom and responsibility. We’re definitely not a top-down organisation where high-level management dictates for others. Team autonomy is important at Starhive, and we believe decisions should be taken collectively by the team, with help and guidance from other teams and management when needed.

What are the most important traits a candidate should have to fit nicely into the Starhive culture?

We believe individual differences are necessary to build strong teams, but there are common traits that we find very important. We like to work with people that are transparent, honest, active, communicative, sharing, and caring.
